Field Service Technician

We are looking for a Field Service Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a new dynamic and growing Company with a start-up culture but on a specific and well-funded project.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Expand our lockers' network through visiting the field to secure location suitability
• Negotiate and close suitable locations with Partners
• Perform troubleshooting maintenance and repair as well as preventive maintenance on APM (automated parcel machine) equipment
• Perform staging, test cleaning repairs on equipment according to manufacturer instructions
• Report issues in real time & collaborate with Operations & Customer Support to help resolve issues timely
• Contribute to various administrative tasks in business development activities

 

Skills we can’t do without:

• Preferable degree in Business Administration/Management, IEK, diploma in Informatics Network or other any relevant field
• Hands-on experience with PC or other machines. Experience in electronic systems & structures cabling will be appreciated
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of electronic systems
• Accuracy, attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Proficiency in MS Office (understanding of CRM software will be a plus)
• Fluency in Greek and English Language
• Willing to learn new things and take initiatives
• Driving License
