HR Specialist

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all HR functions. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full recruiting cycle and solid knowledge of labor legislation. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including recruiting, processing paperwork, planning for performance reviews and fostering healthy workplace practices.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Handle full life cycle recruiting
• Administer health and life insurance programs
• Update employee records
• Plan annual performance review process and implement training and development plans
• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Skills we can’t do without:

• BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
• Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
