Step 1: Select parcel size.

Step 2: Fill in the sender's and recipient's details & choose the pickup locker. Complete the online payment and print the voucher (no printer no problem! you can write the parcel ID on the package). 

Step 3: Place your parcel in any Locker, opening it with the 10-digit parcel ID, and you're ready.

The parcel ID remains active for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.

We recommend a maximum weight of 20kg.

There is no option for cash on delivery in this service, only the shipping fee is charged.


In any case if you can't locate a Locker on the map, it means that it is not available at the moment for orders, either due to full capacity or for some checks we are conducting. However, you can check the available locations on the Locker Finder in our website.

From Locker to Locker, the delivery times are 2 business days for mainland Greece from the day of pickup and 3 business days for the Greek islands. 

From e-shops to Locker for mainland Greece, it takes 1 business day from the day of parcel pick up, and 2 business days for the Greek islands.

Don't worry, it's probably because the e-shop has not yet prepared your order. BOX NOW delivers within 24 hours by the time the merchant has finished processing your order. You can track your order in our website or contact us through and +30 211 100 5304 .             

We deliver Monday through Saturday. On Sundays and official holidays, we don’t make deliveries.

Your can pick-up your parcel within the first 48H upon delivery. You can extend this period in the 'Track your parcel' page of our website . After three days that the parcel remains uncollected in the locker, BOX NOW returns it back to our warehouse. We always send you pick-up reminders through text messages in order not to forget the collection of your parcel. 

If you have ordered from a partnered e-shop, BOX NOW will send you a text message with a 6-digit PIN once your parcel is at the selected BOX NOW Locker. By typing this PIN to the locker's keypad a door will open so you can collect your parcel. 

We can accommodate three package's sizes: Small (H: 8 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm), Medium (H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm), Large (H: 36 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm) up to 20Kg.

Our parcel delivery lockers are equipped with solar power cells, therefore they do not require electricity outlets for their operation. 

If you have a sunny outside space that is not useful for your store's operation, you can get in touch with us at and discuss the possibility of hosting a BOX NOW Locker.

Actually you can receive and send almost everything. We exclude fresh groceries and dangerous chemicals.


Yes you can! It's an easy process available in selected partnered e-shops. You fill out the BOX NOW returns form, you receive a PIN and you go to any BOX NOW Locker and place the parcel for return. 

Yes, our cash on delivery service is called BOX NOW Pay on the go! You can make your purchases and complete the payment online only when your parcel has been delivered to the locker. Specifically, you will receive an email and a message with payment instructions, which are linked through VIVA wallet (no need to have account with VIVA).
