Step 1: Select country.

Step 3: Fill in the sender's and recipient's details & choose the pickup locker. Complete the online payment and print the voucher (no printer no problem! you can write the parcel ID on the package). 

Step 4: Place your parcel in any Locker, opening it with the 10-digit parcel ID, and you're ready.

The parcel ID remains active for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.

For shipments across Greece we recommend a maximum weight of 20kg. 

For shipments to Cyprus, the maximum allowed weight is 4 kg

There is no option for cash on delivery in this service, only the shipping fee is charged.

Strictly prohibited and excluded from the transport:

Products or devices that contain batteries to operate, such as: laptops, tablets, mobile phones, cameras, flashlights, electronic cigarettes, airpods and general electronic items for daily use (except electric bicycles, electric skates, e-scooter (hoverboard), etc.), a special label should be added to such shipments

Sprays or any gas under pressure, especially liquids that may be flammable such as paints (paints), varnishes, solvents, as well as ammunition, capsules, detonators and detonating fuses, explosives and detonating mechanisms, copies prototypes or imitations of explosive materials or mechanisms, mines and other explosive munitions, grenades of all types, gases and gas containers - e.g. butane, propane, acetylene, oxygen - in large volume, fireworks, flares in any form and other sparklers (even firecrackers and toy capsules), matches that are not safe, smoke-producing containers or cartridges, flammable liquid fuels - e.g. gasoline, diesel, lighter fluid, alcohol, ethanol, aerosol for painting and spraying, turpentine and paint thinners, alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content of more than 70% by volume (140 proof), dynamite, gunpowder and plastic explosives, acids and alkalis -e.g. liquid batteries, corrosive or bleaching substances - e.g. mercury, chlorine, neutralizing or immobilizing spray - e.g. neutralizing gas, pepper spray, tear gas, radioactive materials - e.g. isotopes for medical or commercial use, poisons, infectious or biologically hazardous materials - e.g. contaminated blood, bacteria and viruses, materials capable of self-ignition or combustion

Lockers with green labeling are available.

Lockers with orange labeling have limited availability. This means that if you choose it, it may not be available at the time of shipment/pickup.

In any case if you can't locate a Locker on the map, it means that it is not available at the moment for orders, either due to full capacity or for some checks we are conducting. However, you can check the available locations on the Locker Finder in our website.

Don't worry, it's probably because the e-shop has not yet prepared your order. BOX NOW delivers within 24 hours by the time the merchant has finished processing your order. You can track your order in our website or contact us through care@boxnow.gr and +30 211 100 5304 .             

We deliver Monday through Saturday. On Sundays and official holidays, we don’t make deliveries. 

From Locker to Locker, the delivery times are 2 business days for mainland Greece from the day of pickup and 3 business days for the Greek islands & Cyprus. 

From e-shops to Locker for mainland Greece, it takes 1 business day from the day of parcel pick up, 2 business days for the Greek islands and 3 working days to Cyprus.

Your can pick-up your parcel within the first 48H upon delivery. You can extend this period in the 'Track your parcel' page of our website . After three days that the parcel remains uncollected in the locker, BOX NOW returns it back to our warehouse. We always send you pick-up reminders through text messages in order not to forget the collection of your parcel. 

If you have ordered from a partnered e-shop, BOX NOW will send you a text message with a 6-digit PIN once your parcel is at the selected BOX NOW Locker. By typing this PIN to the locker's keypad a door will open so you can collect your parcel. 

We can accommodate three package's sizes: Small (H: 8 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm), Medium (H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm), Large (H: 36 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm) up to 20Kg.

Our goal is to be accurate in the delivery time of each of your orders! When the Locker you have chosen is full at the time of delivery, we move it to the closest Locker, so that there is no delay in receiving your parcel.

Our parcel delivery lockers are equipped with solar power cells, therefore they do not require electricity outlets for their operation. 

If you have a sunny outside space that is not useful for your store's operation, you can get in touch with us at location@boxnow.gr and discuss the possibility of hosting a BOX NOW Locker.

Actually you can receive and send almost everything. We exclude fresh groceries and dangerous chemicals.

Yes you can! It's an easy process that you can find HERE and you can complete it in 3 simple steps. You choose a package size, fill in your details and place the package in any BOX NOW Locker that serves you! The rest is up to us!

Yes, our cash on delivery service is called BOX NOW Pay on the go! You can make your purchases and complete the payment online only when your parcel has been delivered to the locker. Specifically, you will receive an email and a message with payment instructions, which are linked through VIVA wallet (no need to have account with VIVA).
